Is Suffering An Inevitable Part Of Life?

Suffering—it’s one of those tricky, tough-to-wrap-your-head-around topics, isn’t it? Different religions offer various perspectives on it. For Christians, suffering is seen as a way to get closer to God and perhaps even smooth the road to heaven. In Hindu traditions, suffering is viewed as a result of karma, something to be accepted rather than fought against. Muslims find meaning in suffering by trusting that Allah has a grand plan, while Buddhists take the stance that suffering is simply part of life, but if we accept it calmly, it can lead to greater happiness. Across the board, most religions associate virtue with suffering, as it’s often considered a noble way to live that brings rewards in the afterlife.

But let’s bring it a little closer to home—how did your family view suffering? Were you raised to believe that the only way to learn was the hard way? Maybe you’ve heard sayings like, “I belong to the school of hard knocks,” or “I only learn the hard way.” If these phrases sound familiar, it’s possible that this belief has woven itself into the fabric of your life. But have you ever wondered why some folks seem to have it easier? It might just be that their beliefs about suffering are different from yours.

For many of us, the idea that life equals suffering has been drilled into us since we were kids. We’ve been taught that suffering is inevitable, and unless someone came along and showed us a different perspective, that belief might be deeply embedded in our core, right down to our genetics and past lives. This can lead to feelings of failure, unworthiness, and even self-sabotage.

But what if we took a moment to rethink suffering? What if we challenged the idea that suffering is just a part of life? What if—bear with me here—we believed that it’s possible to live without suffering? I know, it sounds like a tall order, but by shifting our beliefs about suffering, we might just be able to free ourselves from its grip. We can learn the lessons life has to offer without going through unnecessary pain.

This is where energy healing comes into play. It’s a powerful tool that can help us release the beliefs and traumas that keep us stuck in cycles of suffering. Now, this doesn’t mean we get to skip the lessons we need to learn; rather, energy healing helps us dive deep into our subconscious to explore the root causes of our struggles. By doing this, we can uncover those sneaky genetic patterns that contribute to our suffering and work on resolving them.

Through energy healing, we can take what we’ve learned from our past experiences and use that wisdom to achieve our goals. We don’t have to live with the constant effects of trauma. By addressing these issues, we can free ourselves from their hold and move forward with more clarity, purpose, and joy.

So, do you find yourself struggling to see the world—or yourself—in a positive light? Or maybe you’re finding it tough to live a joyful life?

If that’s the case, consider exploring my Hawk service. I’m here to help you break free from those old patterns and step into a life filled with more ease and happiness.
