01 — Your Conscious Mind

Decisions are made by your conscious mind. Information is relayed to the subconscious mind so that it can perform tasks. The conscious mind then observes how these tasks are completed and decide if anything else needs to be done. The conscious mind can distinguish right from wrong, something the subconscious mind cannot do. Conscious belief does not always match subconscious belief.

For example, you might believe you have no blocks to abundance in your conscious mind. Logically, there is no reason for this belief to exist, but subconsciously there may be.

02 — Your Subconscious Mind

There is nothing that makes you, you, more than your subconscious mind. In addition to storing your memories, habits, beliefs, characteristics, and self-image, it is also in charge of controlling your autonomic body functions. Performing tasks is its function. According to Viana Stibal, the founder of ThetaHealing, "The subconscious is estimated to be 88% of the mind." Therefore, only 12% of the conscious mind wants to change a negative belief. Existing beliefs will be in conflict with this decision. We must change our beliefs in order to change the messages sent to the body.

How do we do this?

As part of Thetahealing, negative beliefs are pulled and released, and positive beliefs are replaced.

03 — Your Body

In a way, the human body is similar to a computer in that it responds to programming. By default, our bodies follow the programming sent by the subconscious mind. Does your programming support and love you or is it negative? Is there a program that makes you feel unworthy? Is there a program that makes you feel confident? What is your subconscious communicating to your body?

04 — Opening the mind to positive change

As we age, our beliefs become more entrenched. Often by the time we realize our limited behavior patterns they have wreaked havoc on our lives. However, it is possible to program the subconscious mind to adopt new behaviors and patterns through the conscious mind. Returning to innocence is one of the best ways to change beliefs.
